```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, organizing, and updating patient records
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in a similar front desk role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical records management and medical scheduling software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
